Angelie Vincent

Bio:

Angelie Vincent is an AI Integration Engineer at Boeing with more than two decades of experience in the aerospace industry. She began her career supporting military programs at Boeing Wichita before transitioning to Spirit AeroSystems, later returning to Boeing to contribute to the commercial division.

With a background in metallurgical and materials engineering, Vincent has continually adapted her career to stay at the forefront of evolving technical fields, expanding her expertise into Standardization, Python, R, SQL, and then AI.

Her professional journey also includes a late autism diagnosis, which has deepened her perspective on communication, inclusion, and the importance of mentorship. Vincent is a passionate advocate for disability inclusion in engineering and technology. She founded the SWE DisAbility Inclusion Group and previously led Boeing’s Disability-Focused Business Resource Group BEAAA, working to create more accessible and supportive environments for neurodivergent and disabled professionals. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Sherwood Community Services, a non-profit that focuses on supporting the Disability community via Early Intervention Services and Vocational Rehabilitation.
